Cost Sharing Model
Sharing the cost of a project is a common and valuable practice. It is very beneficial to consider other parties who might benefit from photographs of your project: The owner, architect, designer, builder, contractor, vendors, etc. A license fee is added for each additional party, then divided by the total number of parties involved, which can lead to significant savings for each client.
All cost-share parties must be determined ahead of the photography being created. There is no further opportunity for a cost-share after photography has taken place. However, individual photos are always available for licensing post-shoot. Individual images range from $400 to $1000 depending on usage.

Yes.

Yes, but that will be costly. You most likely don’t need full rights. You can always let me know what you want to do and we can find out what licensing terms fit you best.
Can I send the images to my PR agency?
Yes. But whether you send the images to your PR agency or a publication directly, I ask that you forward the licensing terms including this verbiage: Copyright remains with the photographer. Publication is granted a one time digital usage. Publication agrees not to sell or distribute any photo to any third party. Publication must credit photographer “Diana Paulson” on web with a link to www.LineaPhoto.com and use a clickable link to @linea.photo on social media.

Travel expenses requested for reimbursement may include: transportation, meals, and lodging.

Once the final feedback has been received from the designer, photographer will start the editing process which will take up to 3 weeks. Photographer will send a link via email when ready.
Do I have to credit photographer every time I post?
A clickable credit to @linea.photo on social media helps photographer deter copyright infringement. Your support is greatly appreciated.
