Photoshoot Checklist

1 - Parking: Please, let me know if there is an assigned parking spot and if there’s a preferred door to use for unloading gear.

2- Lighting: Make sure to have access to the control panel. It may be inside a room or we may need a password to control through the iPad.

3- Ladder: Know the location of it in case we need it.

4- Cleaning: It is very important to communicate with cleaning crew. Have them pay especial attention to the floor and the front of the bar. Floor should be mopped if possible. The front of the bar must be salt-free.

5- Set-up: Have the previous shift leave the tables set up.
